Open Positions (Multiple):
Licensed Architect

1. Interact and consult with clients to understand project needs and present proposed solutions
2. Interpret design concepts and prepare designs/drawings as per client needs using Vectoworks Architect and 3D Solid Model Building software and renderworks
3. Use Archi-office or comparable project administration software for project scheduling and budgeting.
4. Independently responsible for design development, production/management of construction documents, specifications and construction administration.
5. Work on wide variety of projects including Medical, Retail and High-rise using BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts.
6. Direct, supervise, activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents
7. Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
8. Prepare contract documents for building contractors.

Education Required:
Master’s in Architecture

Experience Requirement:
1 (one) year experience as a licensed Florida Architect or as Architect Intern who directly worked under the supervision of licensed Florida Architect. Experience must include experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling), Vectorworks, Archi-Office.

Other requirements:
Valid State of Florida license to practice as a Architect
