Project Description
Orthopedic Associates of Tampa was an interior buildout in a mid-rise adjacent to St. Joseph's Hospital. rojo Architecture programmed the space and detailed the change of use to add an MRI diagnostic facility, significantly exceeding the load limits of the existing building. rojo Architecture worked with the landlord and the tenants below the space to detail the necessary structural improvements to facilitate the new use. The completed facility houses a general exam clinic, physical therapy suite, administrative offices, x-ray and MRI facility.
