Project Description
A large project located next to Helen Ellis Hospital is proposed to house a 225,000 square-foot medical office building, parking garage, multi-family and senior care facilities. Master planning by rojo Architecture maximized the site and provided supplemental space and parking for the adjacent hospital. On behalf of the hospital, rojo Architecture has assisted with advertising to investors, presentations to the City of Tarpon Springs and the contractor selection process. The site will be a heavily engineered parcel with wetland mitigation, zoning change and overlay modifications with the State of Florida. rojo is assisting in all aspects of the development of this project.
