Project Description
The Medical Center at De Leon is a new two-story medical office building that is part of the master plan for the Memorial Hospital periphery. The shell was designed to maximize the site and provide lease space while minimizing public corridors. The resulting solution offers exterior access to each unit on the first floor and a single common corridor on the second floor. An entry atrium in the center marks access to the second floor stairs and elevator. rojo Architecture designed each suite as the units were sold, providing customized floor plans for a variety of medical practices.
