Project Description
The Memorial Medical Center project is an adaptive reuse of an existing furniture warehouse located on an outparcel to Memorial Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The 99-year ground lease was approved by the hospital with feasibility studies, concept design and presentations by rojo Architecture. The design completely changed the exterior look with a Spanish mission feel while reinforcing the structure and detailing a new roof. rojo designed each suite as the units were sold, providing customized floor plans for a variety of medical practices.
