Project Description
This structure, located in the New Tampa area, is a 27,000 square-foot building which will primarily serve as the new home for a rapidly growing orthodontics supply company. The space will house approximately 12,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of warehouse space, and around 9,000 square feet of lease space. The interior has been designed to create an industrial flavor, using textures and colors to keep the office looking interesting and alive.
