Project Description
A 91,000 square-foot planned commercial office building in historic Ybor City, Turnstile combines historic style with contemporary office amenities. The multi-story building features a large entry atrium, flexible floor plans and under-building parking. rojo Architecture worked closely with the City of Tampa, the Barrio Latino team of attorneys, and civil engineers to gain approval from the local historic board. The resulting design solution features a combination of brick, stucco and metal which are well-suited to the historic environment.
